Makita LS1019 Mitre Saw

LS1019 Makita Slide Compound Mitre Saw 240v powered through a tough 1510w direct drive motor enabling smoother start-ups and consistent, constant power with no belts to slip or replace, the electric brake provides added convenience plus the useful electronic speed control maintains constant speed under load for smoother, higher-quality cutting. This LS1019 Makita Mitre Saw combines capacity, accuracy and super efficient dust extraction plus a more compact size due to the unique 2-Steel Rail Sliding System offering a reduced footprint and allowing operation flush against a wall. The innovative direct-drive gearbox and guard system is engineered for increased vertical cutting capacity of baseboard and nested crown moulding and will crosscut a 100mm x 300mm at 90 degrees. The LS1019 has a maximum mitre range of 60 degrees both left and right with positive stops at 0, 15, 22.5. 31.6, 45 and 60 degrees, the bevel lock is located on the front of the mitre saw for easy access and quick adjustment with a range of 48 degrees left and right. Additional features include a high-quality 260mm x 30mm bore TCT blade, see-through blade guard system for greater visibility of the blade and line-of-cut plus dust extraction has been greatly improved due to the twin collection ports in conjunction with a dust bag or preferred industrial dust extractor

Makita Power Tools, Batteries and Chargers purchased from Power Tools UK are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the original date of invoice. Makita customers can extend this initial Power Tools UK warranty period out to 36 months by registering machines, batteries or chargers directly with Makita at makitauk.com/3-year-warranty within 30 days of purchase. Should any Makita machine fail during the extended free of charge warranty period, the returns process could not be simpler with faulty tools returned directly to Makita for inspection, repair or replacement as appropriate

The easiest and quickest way to arrange Makita Warranty is to contact their dedicated warranty team on 0800 345 7942 they will assist and help to arrange the return from you at the earliest opportunity. Please note that you will be asked for certain information including date of purchase and original invoice number before the warranty claim can be processed
Makita at an agreed time and date will uplift the machine from any business or residential address, (it does not need to be the original invoice address shown on your paperwork) Makita WILL NOT COLLECT from building sites
Please carefully package the machine ready for transit clearly marking the RMA reference on the package in advance of the agreed time and date of uplift
Makita's commitment to their product range means that they will always endeavour to keep a complete stock of all spares for current and older products within their range. Under normal conditions Makita UK will inspect, report, repair, replace and return within 7 working days
